Volta has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not work for your setup or it simply is not the right tool for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help.

How to request a refund

Email support@jendolabs.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it, plus anything useful about the problem you ran into. We may ask a practical follow-up question so we can fix bugs, but you do not need to persuade us.

What is refunded

Lemon Squeezy returns the refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment processor; we process refunds promptly on our end. Once the refund is issued, the Volta license is revoked and active machines are deactivated.

Timing

Refund requests get a reply within two business days. After 30 days, refunds aren't automatic. If Volta isn't doing what it should, contact us anyway.
